Short ASSets Ranch is between Dallas and Austin,
located in Eddy,  Texas about 15 miles south of Waco.

From Interstate 35, take Exit 315.   Go East on Hwy 7
toward Marlin.  Once you cross the railroad tracks by I-35,
go 3.7 miles to County Road 435.  Turn left onto 435 and
follow the road down to our gate.

Come on down to the
house - stop before you run into the lake!
